I’m sitting at my computer editing away when I just had to stop and smile. I love my job and all the serendipitous moments that I encounter in my work. How fun is this moment? I was out at the gorgeous Magnolia Plantation with December bride and groom, Michelle and Brian, when this lovely little donkey popped by for a visit. I think he was just feasting his eyes on Michelle’s gorgeous white peonies! More from this gorgeous wedding in a bit!

Elisabeth, of the brand-spankin’ new Elisabeth Toms Weddings and Events, called to ask if I could take a few shots at her launch party in November. I was thrilled! I was delighted to see spring bride and groom, Ashley and Craig’s, images on Southern Weddings Blog! Ashley and Craig had a lovely wedding on Kiawah Island’s gorgeous River Course. The gals over at Southern Weddings loved Ashley’s use of pink and navy – so southern and sweet!
